Yu Chun Keung Medical Library (Phase I Work)
Alterations, Additions & Improvement (AA&I) Works for Space Reorganization at Medical Library at Sasson Road; & G/F and 2/F of Main Library at the Main Campus for HKU Main Contract for Medical Library (Phase 1 Works)
This project aims to re-organize the Yu Chun Keung Medical Library to become a place of mind cultivation which allows students to relax, reconnect and focus.
The Library was re-organized into five different zones, namely, Quiet Study Zone, Exhibition & Relaxation Zone, Technology Zone, Collaboration Zone and 24-Hour Study Room. Phase I Work include flooring replacement, installation of new furniture, building services, and refurbishment of walls finishes. More colours were injected into the Library to create a vivid and relaxing learning atmosphere for the medical students.
